My tank was M 60 Patton the Magach by its Israeli name.
we were stationed 20 km from the Suez canal on the Ismaelia -Bir Gafgafa road. near Tasa.
Some of the pictures were taken during exercises using some T 54 55
Egyptian tanks taken on the Six Days war and Yom Kippur war as targets.

I was in Sinai 75-76 doing various kinds of work. I unexpectedly met the division commander Pinko (if I understood his name correctly, I assume it was not a nickname), a very interesting man. Do you know anything about him, his full name, etc? Makes me nostalgic looking at your site.
